We are a small home situated on the Hornchurch / Upminster borders with good public transport links and easy access from the M25 (Junction 29).

The dining room offers home cooked meals using familiar ingredients. The popular and nutritious menus change daily and the cook will prepare an alternative to the main choice for anyone who might fancy something different. We can also cater for special dietary requirements. As well as main meals, hot and cold drinks and snacks are available at any time. If you prefer you can eat your meals as and where you like; including the main lounge, bedroom or conservatory. If family want to visit at lunch time we can make it an occasion.

There is large communal lounge and a conservatory/sun-room which gives access to the garden at the rear of the house. We have a large "Beach Hut" for year round activities. In the summer months, parties and events all take place outside, weather permitting. The garden itself is large and well-tended with level walkways and lawns.
